.. I was nearly to the local Mexican restaurant yesterday when the phone went... after taking the call, I picked up my nachos and headed back to the ranch... the afternoon quickly became an impromptu poolfest.. it was classic... you have to be flexible, children.. always remember that... never pass up an opportunity to hang in the garage, shoot some pool, and have some fun...
.. one interesting proposal was made though... and I'm not 100% sure that it's a good idea... so I figured I'd run it by y'all... in short, does anyone have thoughts on setting up a webcam for the Wednesday night pool matches?... fly-on-the-wall kinda thing?... I'm not sure... it'd be easy enough to set up, but I just don't know.. it was NOT my idea... Cousin Brad and Brad-lite were the brainchildren who hatched this plan... I wonder if we could tie the webcam in with some online gambling racket.. allow you rubberneckers to wager on Wednesday night outcomes... now THAT would be fun.. plus, I'd probably get a cut of the takings..
... anyway, enough of that.. I'm off to eat burgers and shoot pistols... my gunsmith friend is having a shooting competition/cook out at his house this afternoon... and nothing says "Father's Day" like the smell of charred beef and cordite... well, at least around here it doesn't..
